Dirko HT black is a high-quality, high-temperature-resistant, permanently elastic single-component silicone-based sealing compound. The Dirko HT silicone engine sealant offers excellent adhesion to all common metals as well as cast iron, glass and plastics (except PE, PP and PTFE).
It is particularly suitable for reliably sealing machined flat surfaces and can also be used in combination with paper gaskets to improve sealing performance.
- Temperature range -60 °C to +285 °C continuous, short-term up to +315 °C
- Maximum sealing gap up to 2 mm

The sealant is very easy to apply and process. It is applied on one side to the sealing surface and spread evenly with a finger. It seals reliably after a short time. If repairs are required later, it can be easily rubbed off when the sealing surface needs to be reopened.
